These briefs are the retired Safera-authored layer that was used early in the beta to seed the map with place-based patterns before the launch dataset shifted toward direct article-backed curated reports. They remain here as an archive of the methodology, not as the active source layer on the live map.
Each row in this archive is an editorial summary written by Safera. The summaries describe recurring place-based safety patterns like broken lighting, harassment clusters, isolated stretches, unsafe pickup points, and missing civic visibility. They are not police findings, not legal conclusions, and not allegations against named individuals or businesses.
